Megan Linklater has been passionate about helping people accomplish their Real Estate dreams for over 27 years.  Megan, a native Washingtonian, began her career assisting borrowers with their home financing needs in the Mortgage industry for 16 years, then her and her husband owned America West Homes, Inc. and built over 12 homes.   After realizing how satisfying it was handing over the house keys to the new owners she got her Real Estate License.

 As a Realtor, Megan’s first priority is providing her clients with first class customer service.  She listens to exactly what her clients wants and needs are and guides them through the entire process.  She provides excellent communication so they are never left guessing.  She has high energy, gives her whole heart, and puts her clients first always!

Megan has received many customer service awards, earned her place in Presidents Club and is a current Executive Club Member for her Real Estate Sales.

When Megan is not working her favorite place to be is with her husband and daughters.  She enjoys cooking, camping, gardening, traveling, hanging out with friends, and her chickens. Her love for people shows in her hospitality and how she serves others.
