Hi, my name is Bethany Cathcart. I'm a proud mom of seven with a deep love for the outdoors and the homesteading lifestyle. Our family enjoys raising Australian Shepherds and Nigerian Dwarf goats on our small homestead in Darrington, Washington. We are surrounded by the stunning beauty of mountains and wildlife, making our daily life a true adventure.

Spending quality time with my husband and children, whether fishing in Puget Sound or gathering with friends, is a cherished part of my life. I'm passionate about learning new skills and striving for self-sustainability, and I take joy in teaching my children these values as well.

A fun fact about me: I'm always in the process of learning something new or taking a class. Currently, I'm working towards my Vet Tech License to enhance my knowledge and keep myself challenged.

I never imagined I'd become a real estate professional. My journey began with a passion for equestrian facility management and business administration, which I pursued in college. Learning has always been a joy for me, so when my husband introduced me to home inspections, I embraced the opportunity to learn a new trade. I worked diligently and started my own business inspecting homes. However, balancing my career and growing family proved challenging.

As I interacted with real estate agents, I realized I had the potential to become one myself. This career shift allowed me to serve my community, provide for my family, and continue to grow as a professional. In 2018, I became a real estate agent, with my two-week-old baby in tow at every meeting. Since then, I've never looked back. The challenges of being a real estate agent have only fueled my passion for the job.

Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of learning, serving, and helping my clients buy and sell homes. These years have taught me the importance of hard work, prioritization, setting boundaries, and being flexible. I've learned that everyone has their own stories and unique needs. Whether clients are moving due to a new job, family circumstances, or outgrowing their forever home, I'm there to guide and help them achieve their goals.

Family is incredibly important to me. As a mother of seven, I understand the significance of finding the right home for a family. It's the largest purchase most people make in their lifetime, and ensuring it's a good investment is a priority for me. Before visiting homes, I ensure that my clients are connected with a reputable lender and obtain the necessary pre-approval to make a successful offer.
